Warner Bros. Discovery Appoints New Board Members

Warner Bros. Discovery has appointed Anthony Noto, CEO of SoFi, and Joey Levin, former CEO of IAC, to its Board of Directors, effective January 8 and February 1, 2025, respectively. Both executives will stand for election at the company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Their appointments follow the departure of Li Haslett Chen from the board, and will expand the board to 13 members, 12 of whom will be independent. CEO David Zaslav expressed confidence that Noto and Levin will bring valuable insights and drive shareholder value. Noto has extensive experience in media and technology, while Levin is set to become executive chairman of Angi after stepping down from IAC. The board enhancements reflect Warner Bros.
