RNC Sues Racine Over Election Inspector Bias

The Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed a lawsuit against the City of Racine, Wisconsin, alleging that the city failed to hire a sufficient number of Republican poll workers for the August primary election, in violation of state election laws. The lawsuit claims that only nine of the 56 Republican election workers approved were hired, while a disproportionate number of Democrats were appointed. RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated that Racine's actions amounted to deliberate exclusion of Republicans and sought to ensure compliance with state law.
