The hotel features the Three Graces Spa, which offers a range of wellness treatments and state-of-the-art facilities, including an 18-metre indoor swimming pool and a Nordic Spa Garden. In addition to Grantley Hall's recognition, Murrayshall Country House in Perthshire won the award for Best Value Experience, while Inverlochy Castle received the Best Immersive Experience award.
