Firerose has described the relationship as involving 'extreme verbal, emotional, and psychological abuse.' Additionally, Billy Ray's tirades reportedly extend to his daughter Miley Cyrus and ex-wife Tish Cyrus, whom he has also disparaged in harsh terms.
