Hind Rajab Foundation Targets IDF Soldiers Worldwide

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), a Belgium-based organization, has been actively pursuing legal action against Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers, accusing them of war crimes in connection to the conflict in Gaza. Founded in September 2024 and named after a Palestinian girl killed in Gaza, HRF has been scrutinizing social media profiles of Israeli soldiers to gather evidence for lawsuits filed in various countries, including Brazil, where a soldier is currently under investigation for alleged war crimes. The organization has also submitted the identities of around 1,000 soldiers to the International Criminal Court, aiming to pressure international authorities to arrest them when they travel abroad. Its founder, Dyab Abou Jahjah, has openly admitted to past affiliations with Hezbollah, raising concerns about the organization's intentions and credibility. Critics argue that HRF is not a genuine human rights organization, but rather a group with a political agenda against Israel. The situation has prompted Israeli authorities to advise soldiers about travel risks as they face potential harassment and legal challenges abroad.
