Three Arrested in San Jose Gang Shooting

San Jose police have arrested three suspects, David Ramirez Salas, Johnathan Hernandez, both 19, and a 17-year-old boy, in connection with a gang-related shooting that occurred on June 7 at a restaurant on Cottle Road. A fourth suspect, Brian Felix Rojas, 19, remains at large. The suspects allegedly initiated an altercation with a man dining with his family, during which one suspect fired a shot; fortunately, no one was injured. The investigation led to the recovery of two firearms with high-capacity magazines and gang-related clothing. Salas and Hernandez were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail, and the juvenile was taken to Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall. Authorities have urged the public to provide any information regarding Rojas' whereabouts.
