Kirk Burrowes Sues Janice Combs for Fraud

The lawsuit alleges that in 1996, Diddy coerced Burrowes under threat of violence to sign over his shares, which were then transferred to Janice. Burrowes claims that Janice was complicit in a scheme to strip him of his ownership, despite not being present during the alleged violent confrontation. He further accuses her of maintaining a facade of innocence while orchestrating his financial and professional downfall, leaving him destitute and homeless. This lawsuit follows previous legal attempts by Burrowes, which were dismissed due to statute limitations, but he claims recent investigations revealed new evidence of Janice's involvement. Burrowes is seeking restitution of his stake and an independent audit of the company's earnings.
