Jacobs, who started 12 games last season for the Detroit Lions and recorded a career-best three interceptions, is anticipated to add depth to the Rams' cornerback position. Coach Sean McVay indicated that the team remains open to further additions to their secondary, potentially considering other free agents like Ahkello Witherspoon. The Rams' cornerback group will now also include veterans Tre’Davious White and Cobie Durant, alongside second-year pro Tre Tomlinson and undrafted free agents.
