Iowa Woman Charged with Murder After Shooting Husband Threatening Dog

Kimberly Ann Charlton, a 66-year-old woman from Cedar Falls, Iowa, has been charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting her 72-year-old husband, David Alan Charlton, in the back.
