Red Bull Racing is undergoing significant restructuring following the announcement that Sporting Director Jonathan Wheatley will leave to become Sauber/Audi's Team Principal in 2025. Max Verstappen’s race engineer, Gianpiero Lambiase, has been promoted to Head of Racing while continuing his role with Verstappen. The restructuring also includes promotions for other key staff: Stephen Knowles becomes Head of Sporting Regulations, and Richard Wolverson is named Head of Racing Operations. These changes aim to split Wheatley's responsibilities among existing staff and strengthen Red Bull's trackside operations.
