Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund Accepts Fall 2025 Applications

The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) is now accepting applications for its Fall 2025 scholarships, offering up to $1,600 to single parents pursuing higher education. Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma, be enrolled in at least one three-credit course, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, and demonstrate low to moderate income. The scholarships can be used to cover essential expenses like rent, childcare, gas, and groceries, allowing recipients to better balance school, work, and parenting. In addition to financial aid, ASPSF provides mentoring, career coaching, and workshops to support recipients in their educational and career goals. Since 1990, ASPSF has awarded over $50 million in scholarships and recently granted more than 800 scholarships totaling $1.1 million in the past year alone.
