Massachusetts online lottery

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey has legalized online lottery sales as part of the state's 2025 budget, allowing players aged 21 and older to participate in online draw games and einstant games. The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission will now seek an operator for this online system, with an expected launch in late 2025.
