Hulk Hogan Will Leaves Under $5M Estate to Son, Excludes Daughter
Following the death of WWE icon Hulk Hogan in July, court documents reveal that his estate, valued at under $5 million in listed assets, does not include his estranged daughter Brooke as a beneficiary, a decision reportedly made by Brooke herself to avoid potential financial disputes. The will, amended four times with the latest revision in 2023, names Hulk's son Nick as the sole heir and acknowledges Hulk's widow, Melanie Sky Daily, as the surviving spouse. The estate includes personal and intellectual property valued at $799,000, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and publicity rights estimated at $4 million, while the approximately $11 million real estate holdings may be held in a trust or LLC and were not included in court filings. Additionally, Daily is considering pursuing a medical malpractice lawsuit related to a neck surgery she believes contributed to Hulk's death. Nick Hogan has filed legal motions to serve as co-personal representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy and is involved in litigation to prevent radio personality Bubba The Love Sponge from releasing a documentary about Hulk's 2012 sex-tape scandal. Brooke Hogan, who distanced herself from her father in his final years, cited protecting her emotional well-being as a reason for removing herself from both his life and his will.
