Idaho Man Indicted for Threats to Trump

Warren Jones Crazybull, a 64-year-old Idaho resident, has been indicted for threatening to kill former President Donald Trump. Crazybull made at least nine menacing phone calls to Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort on July 31, where he explicitly stated his intent to 'down' Trump. He was tracked and arrested in Montana on August 1, and later pleaded not guilty in federal court on August 20. Investigators linked Crazybull to threats made on social media, where he also referenced Jeffrey Epstein and a 'shadow government.' These events follow an earlier assassination attempt on Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania. Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung has blamed Democratic rhetoric for inciting such violence.
