Netanyahu claimed he was unaware of any connection between his advisers and Qatar, characterizing the investigation as a political witch hunt. The court lifted a gag order on the case, allowing details of the investigation to be disclosed, including allegations of bribery and fraud. Concerns were raised over the handling of leaks during the investigation, with the judge criticizing police for failing to maintain the integrity of the proceedings. The detention of Urich and Feldstein has been extended as the investigation continues.
