Tracy had previously rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown, but his fumble overshadowed his performance, leaving him visibly emotional on the sidelines. The loss dropped the Giants to an NFL-worst 2-8 record, marking their fifth consecutive defeat. Tracy's teammates consoled him, emphasizing that the fumble did not define his overall contribution to the game.
