Rachel McAdams in Talks for Sam Raimi's Horror Film

Rachel McAdams is in early discussions to star in Sam Raimi's upcoming horror-thriller, 'Send Help', which is being developed by 20th Century Studios. The film, described as a blend of Misery and Cast Away, is set on an island and focuses on two characters—Linda, played by McAdams, and her boss Bradley—who survive a plane crash. While the project has not been officially greenlit and negotiations are still preliminary, it is expected to have a theatrical release. Raimi, known for his work on the Evil Dead franchise and the Spider-Man trilogy, is both directing and producing the film, marking his return to the horror genre after 2009's Drag Me To Hell.
