Indiana Man Charged with Murdering Wife on Valentine's Day

Taylor Meyer, 34, has been charged with the murder of his wife, Deborah, after a Valentine's Day celebration turned violent in their Indiana home. Prosecutors allege Meyer stabbed Deborah 40 times with a large knife, following a confrontation that arose from his disappointment over her reaction to his carefully planned Paris-themed evening. The couple's three young children were asleep upstairs during the brutal attack. Meyer reportedly sent a photo of Deborah's body to a man he suspected was her boyfriend, captioning it with 'Your fault.' He claimed their marriage had been strained due to suspicions of infidelity, and during police questioning, he expressed frustration over his wife's lack of appreciation for his efforts. Meyer has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for trial in July.
