Michelin Adds 13 California Restaurants for 2025

The Michelin Guide has added 13 new restaurants to its California list for 2025, highlighting a range of diverse culinary influences. In the Bay Area, Sungho in San Francisco, Ethel’s Fancy in Palo Alto, and Eylan in Menlo Park were recognized for their unique flavors and cultural heritage. Southern California's new recommendations include Komal, Somni, and Vin Folk in Los Angeles, as well as Atelier Manna, 24 Suns, Lilo, and Tanner’s Prime Burgers in the San Diego area, all noted for innovation and use of local ingredients. Sacramento's Kin Thai, Majka, and Pho Momma were also added for their vibrant and authentic offerings. None of these establishments have yet received Michelin Stars or Bib Gourmand status; those honors will be announced at a ceremony in Sacramento on June 25. The expanded list underscores the evolving and diverse culinary landscape throughout California.
