Spring Events Celebrate Community Across Multiple Locations

The University of Minnesota hosted its annual Spring Jam, an end-of-year concert featuring eight bands, including student performers and headliners like Beach Weather, Dizzy Fae, and Mad Tsai. The event took place behind Ridder Arena and included various fairground attractions such as carnival games, rides, and a Ferris wheel. The concert showcased a range of musical styles, from indie and alternative rock to funk, with student bands competing in a Battle of the Bands. The winning student band, Virgo, stood out with their energetic, punk-inspired performance. Attendees enjoyed both the musical performances and the festive atmosphere provided by the additional activities throughout the day.
