NorCal Film Expo Returns to Sacramento

The NorCal Film Expo is set to return to Sacramento on October 19, showcasing cutting-edge filmmaking technologies and offering tutorials, vendor presentations, and a panel discussion with industry professionals. Okanagan College will host its Fear Film Fest from October 8-10, featuring outdoor screenings of horror films and accepting donations for a local food bank. The AFI Fest in Los Angeles will run from October 23-27, showcasing a lineup of films from this year's festival circuit, including the world premiere of John Williams' documentary and Clint Eastwood's legal thriller. Meanwhile, the 47th Denver Film Festival will take place from November 1-10, featuring 185 films and moving most red-carpet screenings to a new venue. The Denver festival will also spotlight prominent guests and special presentations, including an adaptation of August Wilson's work. These events highlight the vibrant film culture across North America, offering filmmakers and audiences opportunities to engage with diverse storytelling.
