Grace Brown Wins Women's Time Trial Championship

Grace Brown of Australia made history by becoming the first woman to win both the Olympic and UCI World Championships time trial titles in the same year, achieving this feat at the 2024 UCI Road Cycling World Championships in Zurich. The 32-year-old cyclist completed the 29.9 km course in 39:16.04, finishing 16 seconds ahead of Dutch competitor Demi Vollering, who had briefly overtaken her during the race.
