Marc Marquez ended a 1043-day winless drought by winning both the Aragon Grand Prix Sprint and main race, marking his first MotoGP victories since 2021. The six-time champion dominated the weekend, securing pole position and finishing the main race almost five seconds ahead of Jorge Martin, with Pedro Acosta in third. Marquez's win was particularly emotional given his recovery from a career-threatening arm injury and multiple surgeries since 2020. The victory was also aided by a collision between Francesco Bagnaia and Marquez's brother, Alex, which took both out of contention. Marquez celebrated his triumph in front of his home fans with a victory lap and impromptu dance. This win comes after Marquez's switch to Gresini Racing and riding a Ducati machine this season.
