Teen Charged in Atlanta Carjacking Murder

Jaylen Mosley, a 19-year-old fugitive from Texas, has been charged with the murder of a 70-year-old man during a carjacking outside a liquor store in Atlanta. The incident occurred on November 30, when Mosley allegedly shot the victim while attempting to steal his car in the parking lot of Banks Liquor Store. Mosley, who was wanted in Harris County, Texas for a felony charge, was arrested shortly after the shooting. Security footage from the store captured his image, aiding police in his identification. He faces multiple charges, including murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault, and remains in custody at Fulton County Jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for three weeks from now.
