Phoenixville Officer Mourned After Fatal Crash

The Phoenixville Police Department is mourning the loss of Officer Arthur Scena IV, who was tragically killed in a car crash in Warminster, Bucks County. Scena, a native of Elkins Park, joined the department in 2019 and had previously worked as a corrections officer and a police officer in other localities. He leaves behind his wife Amanda and daughters Riley and Reece, and a GoFundMe campaign has been set up to support his family, raising substantial funds in a short time. The crash occurred as Scena was returning home from a funeral for another officer. Scena was an active community member, involved in the Bullet’s Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, coordinating memorial rides for law enforcement.
