Two Men Indicted on Drug Charges
Two men with significant criminal histories in Ohio have been recently indicted on felony drug charges. Raymel Adams, 45, who has prior convictions related to cocaine trafficking, was arrested on new charges of possession and trafficking of cocaine. Adams had previously been on community control and served a prison sentence for probation violation. Separately, former Ohio State quarterback Art Schlichter, 64, was indicted for possession of drugs after being found with cocaine and crack pipes during a traffic stop in February. Schlichter, who has battled drug and gambling addictions for decades, was already on probation for a prior cocaine possession charge. Both individuals are scheduled to appear in court for their respective charges soon.
