Foster Father Sentenced for Child Abuse

Marcelino Olguin, 65, was sentenced to seven years in prison for abusing foster children in his care, some of whom were previously tortured by their biological parents, David and Louise Turpin. Olguin pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including lewd acts on a child and false imprisonment, while his wife and daughter received probation for child cruelty.
