Pegula and Sinner Reach US Open Finals

Italian top seed Jannik Sinner defeated Briton Jack Draper 7-5, 7-6(3), 6-2 to reach the U.S. Open final, despite suffering a wrist injury and Draper vomiting due to the humid conditions. This marks Sinner's second major final this year after winning the Australian Open.
