NFL Announces Largest 2025 International Schedule Across Europe, Brazil, Spain, Ireland

The NFL has announced its most extensive international schedule ever for the 2025 season, featuring seven games over the first 11 weeks across five countries: Brazil, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. For the first time, regular season games will take place in Ireland and Spain, with Dublin's Croke Park hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers against the Minnesota Vikings, and Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu Stadium hosting the Miami Dolphins versus the Washington Commanders. London will continue to be a key venue with three games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley Stadium, including matchups involving the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, and Jacksonville Jaguars. Notably, the Minnesota Vikings will play back-to-back games in Dublin and London, marking the first time an NFL team plays consecutive international games in two countries, a move seen as an experiment for expanding the league's European presence. The NFL is also returning to Berlin with a Colts versus Falcons game and to Sao Paulo, Brazil, where the Los Angeles Chargers will play a yet-to-be-named opponent. This expanded international footprint reflects the NFL's strategy to grow its global fanbase and explore future possibilities of hosting more games or even teams overseas.
