Sean “Diddy” Combs' legal team has filed a motion requesting his release on a $50 million bond ahead of his sentencing scheduled for October 3, citing dangerous conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn and arguing that his continued detention is both unsafe and legally unusual. Combs was acquitted of the most serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, but convicted on two lesser counts related to transportation for prostitution, which carry lighter sentencing guidelines.
