He was seen in a video recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in October 2023, inside a 2018-2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van, speaking English and wearing a blue t-shirt and dark-colored hat. The FBI emphasizes that he is not currently facing any charges and is presumed innocent. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the FBI via their toll-free tip line or online. This effort is part of the FBI's Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) initiatives, which aim to identify child victims and unknown adults involved in child exploitation materials.
