One Injured in Oakland I-880 Shooting, Southbound Lanes Closed

The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. near 66th Avenue, with witnesses reporting the shooting before the victim pulled over and called for help. Officers found the victim by a white sedan on the left shoulder, who was then taken to a hospital, although his condition was not immediately known.
