US Ambassador Garcetti Visits Jagannath Temple in India

US Ambassador to India, Eric Garcetti, visited the Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha, with his family on Saturday, expressing his excitement and reverence for the site. The family toured the temple's Parikrama corridor after enjoying a visit to Blue Flag Beach earlier in the day. Garcetti is scheduled to participate in a sunrise yoga session and visit the Sun Temple in Konark before returning to Bhubaneswar. The Jagannath Temple, an important pilgrimage site, is renowned for its festivals, particularly the Rath Yatra, which attracts large crowds. The visit comes amid heightened security measures, reflecting the significance of Garcetti's presence in the region.
