Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has expanded its portfolio by adding six new independent hotels across California, Florida, and Arizona, enhancing its presence in vibrant U.S. destinations. The new properties include the oceanfront 11 North in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, a luxurious adults-only boutique hotel with seven rooms and Atlantic views, and the Bellanca Hotel on Catalina Island, California, which features a rooftop terrace with ocean views and a standout Luxury Ocean View Suite. In California, Tower23 Hotel offers a sleek, luxury beachfront experience in San Diego, while Padre Hotel in Bakersfield combines historic charm with modern amenities. The Rambler Motel in Chula Vista provides a retro vibe with amenities like an arcade and beach cruisers, and Heat Hotel in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, offers waterfront views along with a lobby lounge and patio bar ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
