Two Fatal Crashes in Virginia and Minnesota
Two separate fatal single-vehicle crashes occurred recently, one in Rockbridge County, Virginia, and another in Pike Township, Minnesota. In Virginia, 29-year-old Harley Ray Miller died after his Ford Ranger crashed on Maury River Road, fell into a river, and he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. Another crash in the same county involved 75-year-old John Edward Nelson Young, whose Buick Lucerne veered off Route 60, struck a guardrail, and rolled over multiple times. Young, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken to a hospital but later succumbed to his injuries. In Minnesota, 22-year-old Anthony Hall died after his vehicle rolled over and struck a tree on Highway 21. Both incidents are under investigation by the respective state police and local authorities.
