Multiple U.S. Zoos, Gardens Launch Annual Holiday Light Shows with Tickets on Sale

Several holiday light shows and events are launching across the U.S. for the 2025 season. CALM Zoo in Bakersfield will host its HolidayLights event from November 29 to January 3, featuring themed nights with popular characters and a new Veteran’s Memorial. Indiana State Fairgrounds offers Christmas Nights of Lights, a large drive-thru light show running nightly from November 7 through December 31, with tickets available exclusively via online reservations. Frederik Meijer Gardens in Michigan is bringing back its ENLIGHTEN light show starting November 24, accompanied by a ticket giveaway contest for families. Albuquerque’s Biopark Society will present the 28th annual River of Lights, a walk-through display with over 800 light sculptures, with tickets going on sale soon. These events provide festive opportunities for families and communities to celebrate the holiday season with unique and immersive light experiences.
