Initially aspiring to study nuclear physics in Canada, Rawail was enticed by Rishi's description of beautiful Russian circus girls, prompting him to visit the film set. He was captivated by Raj Kapoor's ability to manage a massive crew of 5,000 people with precision and attention to detail. The experience ignited Rawail's passion for filmmaking, leading him to assist Raj Kapoor for several months before embarking on his directorial career. Rawail shared that he and Rishi had been friends since kindergarten, maintaining a close bond throughout their lives. Today, Rawail is celebrated for his contributions to Bollywood, including directing notable films like 'Love Story' and 'Betaab'.
