Mitigata Raises $5.9M to Expand AI Cyber Resilience Across India

Mitigata, a Bengaluru-based cyber resilience startup, has raised $5.9 million in a Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Titan Capital and WEH Ventures. The startup offers India’s first full-stack cyber resilience platform that integrates cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and cyber insurance into a single AI-powered solution tailored to Indian enterprises. Mitigata plans to use the funds to scale operations across India and select global markets, deepen investments in AI, and expand talent acquisition in security, insurance, and compliance. The company will establish three global security operations centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi to enhance AI-driven threat detection, incident response, and managed security services. Its proprietary tools, including the RELIQ cyber risk quantification engine and AI-powered underwriting engine, provide real-time risk visibility and dynamic cyber insurance pricing. Mitigata aims to build strategic resilience for India’s digital economy by delivering an integrated, cost-efficient approach that combines prevention, mitigation, incident response, and insurance-backed risk transfer.
