Blue Origin's NS-28 Flight Set for November

Blue Origin is set to launch its ninth crewed space tourism flight, NS-28, on November 22, 2024, from its West Texas launch site at 10:30 a.m. ET. The mission will carry six passengers, including returning space travelers Marc and Sharon Hagle, who previously flew on Blue Origin in 2022. Other crew members include science communicator Emily Calandrelli, entrepreneur James Russell, financial executive Austin Litteral, and investment banker Henry Wolfond. The flight will ascend beyond the Kármán line, allowing passengers to experience several minutes of weightlessness before a parachute-assisted landing. The New Shepard rocket is designed for suborbital travel, and this mission will mark a total of 50 passengers flown by the company since its inception.
