Dubai's Museum of the Future (MOTF) is set to make its debut at the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas, from March 7 to 11, 2025. This participation marks a strategic effort to position Dubai as a global hub for technology, culture, and tourism, with a five-day immersive experience featuring 20 activations, panel discussions, and cultural events. The MOTF will host the Museum of the Future House, offering visitors insights into Dubai's innovations, including discussions on lunar colonization and sustainable food production. The event will also showcase Emirati culinary experiences and artwork by renowned visual artist Refik Anadol. The Dubai Future Foundation, a key sponsor of SXSW’s 2050 Track, aims to highlight the UAE’s vision for a sustainable and technologically advanced future.
