Ryan Fox Wins Myrtle Beach Classic in Playoff

Ryan Fox of New Zealand won his first PGA Tour title at the Myrtle Beach Classic by chipping in from about 50 feet for birdie on the first playoff hole, defeating Mackenzie Hughes and Harry Higgs. Fox shot a final-round 66 to reach a three-way tie at 15-under-par, with the playoff forced after Hughes bogeyed the 18th. The victory not only earned Fox his maiden PGA Tour title but also secured him the last spot in the upcoming PGA Championship at Quail Hollow.
