Hundreds of Border Force staff at Heathrow Airport are set to strike from August 31 to September 3, following a dispute over new inflexible rostering imposed by management. The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union has reported that many employees have left due to these changes, particularly affecting those with caring responsibilities. Following the strike, workers will also engage in a work-to-rule and overtime ban that will last until September 22.
