Bad Bunny Dominates 2025 Billboard Latin Awards

At the 2025 Billboard Latin Music Awards at Miami's James L. Knight Center, Bad Bunny led the field with a record 27 nominations and was honored as the Top Latin Artist of the 21st Century for achievements between 2000 and 2024. He accepted the milestone award in an emotional, unscripted speech presented by Rita Moreno in which he emphasized humility, gratitude, and acknowledged his team and fellow artists. The moment also came amid controversy over his upcoming Super Bowl halftime booking, which drew criticism from figures including Megyn Kelly and Donald Trump — criticism the NFL publicly rejected.
