UAE Names Muhammad Wasim-Led Squad for Triangular T20I Series vs Pakistan, Afghanistan

The series serves as a key preparation event for the Asia Cup 2025, which also takes place in the UAE starting September 9, where the UAE is grouped with India, Pakistan, and Oman. The schedule features round-robin matches culminating in a final on September 7, just two days before the Asia Cup begins. The squad blends experienced players like Siddique and Jawadullah with emerging talents such as Kaushik and Sharafu, under the guidance of coach Lalchand Rajput.
