Jack Black, Dave Grohl Release 'I Feel Alive' for Minecraft Movie Soundtrack

Jack Black and Dave Grohl have collaborated on a new track titled "I Feel Alive" for the upcoming film 'A Minecraft Movie', set to premiere on April 4. The song features Grohl on drums, with Black handling the vocals and additional contributions from Queens of the Stone Age guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen and actress Danielle Brooks. Co-written and produced with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt, the track showcases classic rock elements reminiscent of Black's band Tenacious D. This collaboration marks another chapter in the long-standing friendship between Black and Grohl, who have previously worked together on Tenacious D's albums. Both artists have kept a low profile recently, with Grohl facing personal changes and Tenacious D on hiatus due to a controversial incident involving band member Kyle Gass. The film will also feature a score by DEVO’s Mark Mothersbaugh, alongside a star-studded cast including Jason Momoa and Jennifer Coolidge.
