Fogerty, who regained control over his publishing rights in 2023 after decades of legal struggles, praised Swift's approach, calling her a powerful force who "rearranged the playing field." Legacy also features Fogerty's sons Shane and Tyler, continuing the family connection reminiscent of CCR's original lineup.
