Capital B Boosts Bitcoin Holdings to 2,812 BTC Worth €262M

Capital B, a French company listed on Euronext Growth Paris under ticker ALCPB, has increased its Bitcoin holdings by purchasing 12 additional BTC for €1.2 million, bringing its total to 2,812 BTC valued at approximately €262.1 million. The acquisition was funded through a capital increase via an “ATM-type” agreement with asset manager TOBAM, which subscribed to the entire issuance. Capital B has demonstrated a remarkable year-to-date Bitcoin yield of 1,656.1%, reflecting significant gains of 662.4 BTC and €63.6 million, and quarterly gains of 28.1%, equating to 502.7 BTC and €48.2 million. The company combines its Bitcoin treasury expansion with investments in artificial intelligence, data intelligence, and decentralized technology consulting, aiming to balance crypto-market upside with long-term revenue growth from its subsidiaries. Capital B now ranks as the 28th largest public Bitcoin holder globally and positions itself as Europe's first dedicated Bitcoin Treasury Company, drawing parallels to major U.S. corporate holders like MicroStrategy. The strategic partnership with TOBAM and continued capital raises underscore ongoing institutional interest in corporate Bitcoin accumulation despite market volatility.
