BTS Releases Record-Breaking Permission to Dance On Stage Live Album

BTS has released their first-ever live album, Permission to Dance On Stage — Live, marking their first group album in three years since completing their mandatory military service. The album features 22 tracks from their 2021–2022 tour, including hits like "Dynamite," "Butter," "Life Goes On," and fan favorites such as "DNA" and "Boy With Luv," many of which were specially rearranged for live performances. The release broke Spotify records with 14.5 million streams in 24 hours, surpassing Beyoncé's previous live album debut record. Alongside the album, BTS released digital concert footage from their Seoul Olympic Stadium performance and a 92-page photobook, offering fans an immersive experience of their final tour shows held across Seoul, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas that drew over 4 million fans through various formats. BTS announced that starting July, all seven members will collaborate on a new group album, expected to release in spring 2026, followed by a new world tour. Their reunion after military service and plans for new music have generated significant excitement among fans worldwide.
