Future Ruins Festival Adds Questlove, Ticket Details
Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails have announced the inaugural Future Ruins Festival, set for November 8 at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, spotlighting renowned film and TV composers performing live. The lineup now includes industry figures such as Danny Elfman, John Carpenter, Questlove (honoring Curtis Mayfield), Mark Mothersbaugh, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein, and others. Each composer is treated as a headliner, presenting specially curated sets that reimagine their iconic soundtracks through electronic, band, and orchestral performances. The festival spans three immersive stages and promotes equality among artists with no single headliner. Tickets will go on sale starting May 21. The event offers audiences a rare opportunity to experience cinematic music outside traditional venues in a collaborative setting.
