Parents Deny Murder in Sara Sharif Case

Sara Sharif, a 10-year-old girl, wrote desperate letters begging for forgiveness from her father, Urfan Sharif, and stepmother, Beinash Batool, before her tragic death, which was revealed in court. Sara, who had endured severe abuse, including being beaten and burned, expressed love for her family in her letters, describing them as 'the best family in town.' Her father has admitted to causing her death, detailing the physical abuse she suffered, while he and his wife, along with an uncle, face charges of murder and manslaughter. Sara's body was discovered with numerous injuries, including 25 broken bones and bite marks, after her family fled to Pakistan shortly before her death.
